Service Level Agreements

As we design, manufacture and supply from one location, we can offer high levels of service and turnaround product within 24hrs. We have sold into 40 countries and have a support infrastructure that enables us to provide an industry leading level of support.

As a service to our customers to protect their investment and extend the superior performance of their system, PIPS Technology offers several options to extend the initial warranty period for system software and hardware components.

Factory repair/replacement of equipment can be extended beyond our standard 12 month warranty for a nominal annual fee, providing the owner full protection against any hardware failure throughout the life of his system. In addition, PIPS offers annual maintenance contracts on system software, providing our customers the ability to keep pace with continuing software development.

Beyond extended warranty repair, PIPS offers a separate annual onsite system check-up and re-certification. This service includes a complete system inspection and validation of system settings to maintain optimum performance.
